Peninsula Specialist College is a dual mode setting for students with Intellectual Disabilities. Students range in age from 5 years to 18 years.

The College is situated in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula in a purpose built facility, built in 2003. The modern architecture is designed to enhance and engage the students in their learning environment.

The College provides a multi-disciplinary team approach with both Primary and Secondary students supported by classroom teachers and support staff, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, a Primary Welfare Officer, Koorie Support Teacher and a Science educator. Our Specialist programs include: Physical Education, Art, Information Technology, Home Economics, Music, Science, Dance and Koorie Education.

Our facilities expand across 18 spacious classrooms that are equipped with Interactive Whiteboards/Panels, air conditioning and heating, kitchens and disabled toilet areas attached to each room. PSC offer a multi-sensory therapy room equipped with specialised resources. We provide specialist programs that offer well-resourced learning spaces which include a Library, Music Studio, Computer Laboratory, Professional Industrial Kitchen, Art Studio, Multipurpose Room/Gym and Koorie/Making Connections room.

Peninsula Specialist College offers a beautiful natural landscape that provides students with physical spaces including a soccer field, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, rubberised bike track, large playground areas, a garden patch that grows vegetables, herbs and fruit, a spacious courtyard and a sensory garden all located within secured fencing.
