Additionally, we request that you review our External Provider Policy, which outlines important guidelines for external therapists working within our school.
Please take note of the following important points:
· Direct Communication with Onsite Therapists: All observations and recommendations should be sent directly to the relevant onsite therapist. This approach helps prevent potential confusion and ensures that all interventions align with the established support structures at Peninsula College.
· Respect for Existing Processes: Our school operates under well-established processes designed to effectively support our students. It is essential that external therapists respect these processes and communicate any recommendations through the designated onsite therapy team member.
· Submission of Request Form: Please ensure that the attached Request to Provide Allied Health Professional Services on School Grounds form is completed and submitted alongside any relevant documents. Your request will not be considered until this form has been received.
· Review of External Provider Policy: As part of this process, we ask that you thoroughly review our External Provider Policy. Understanding these guidelines is crucial to ensuring that your services are delivered in a manner consistent with our school’s practices.
